What is included
During the first 30 days after signup, Owner’sLOCAL will help review usable export files, map agreed customers, employees, jobs and business records, and correct setup issues you report.
What you provide
Provide usable exports and answer mapping questions. CSV and Excel files are the best starting point. Do not cancel access to your old system until you have reviewed the records you need.
Preview and duplicate checks
The mapping plan is reviewed before agreed records are added. Duplicate checks are used as part of the move, but you should still review the results before relying on them.
PDF limits
PDFs are reviewed file by file. Clean tables may be usable. Scans, handwriting, password protection and complicated layouts can require manual cleanup or may not be suitable for import.
Refunds
Transactions are final unless the service is inoperable. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact The.Owner@ownerslocal.com with the account email and a clear description of the problem.
