Accounts and access
You are responsible for the information entered through your account and for controlling who can access it.
Payments
Subscription payments are handled through Stripe. Owner’sLOCAL may offer a 7-day free trial before the regular $99/month plan begins. Additional user pricing is shown on the pricing page.
Transactions and refunds
Transactions are final unless the service is inoperable. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. The published Switch Guarantee explains the first 30 days of setup support.
Product information
Review estimates, payroll calculations, imported records, reports and other business information before treating it as final. Owner’sLOCAL helps organize the work; the business remains responsible for its decisions and records.
